One Ingredient Ice Cream

First off, you’ve got to love bananas. Take very ripe bananas, peel and slice into pieces. Pop them in the freezer for a couple if hours. Then use a food processor to whip them into a cream. Delicious. I swear, no cream or sugar were added and it was decedent. I sprinkled some low fat granola from Trader Joe’s to add a little crunch. Yumz.

  1. I love making this “ice cream” with bananas I have that are super ripe. The “ice cream’ is even sweeter then! I like layering it with oatmeal. So good!
