One of my favorite places on earth, PS1 has put together an exhibition called Holding Pattern which celebrates MoMa’s young architecture program. On the grounds of PS1 are expansive white canopies strung from high above that blow in the wind. The main space is dedicated to the community, providing a public ‘rec-room’ to socialize, meet, and relax. Sounds like fun. All elements that are used in the exhibit will be re-used and donated for others to enjoy.

The show with be up through September 26, 2011.
