Still glowing

I’m slowly getting back into the swing of things. Had the most marvelous Thanksgiving with family and friends at my mom and stepdad’s house in Maryland. We ate in a heated tent lined with twinkling lights. We had so many courses: jelly and cheese plates, pumpkin soup, homemade biscuits, fried turkey, baked turkey, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, creamed pearl onions, green bean casserole, wine—lots of wine, red and white, that we actually didn’t have room for the pies! All was fine, because Friday morning pies go great with coffee! My pants are still tight from the weekend! My sister, Claire is in town from Paris through Sunday. I’m in heaven spending so much time together. More later, love.
